Introducing Future Leaders Connect, an event for the next generation of mining professionals, supported by Newmont.
This professional development workshop is for anyone aged 30 and under working in the NSW mining industry, whether you’re attending the conference or from the local region.
Connect with like-minded people and take part in an interactive workshop on personal branding and communication to improve your professional life. The session will be a great way to learn and develop leadership qualities to advance your career in mining.
This event will be facilitated by leadership specialist Suzy Miller. Suzy will share practical tips on building an authentic personal brand and how to reach out to people to accelerate relationships and build lasting connections for career success.
The session will end with social time, which will include drinks and nibbles.

Meet your facilitator, Suzy Miller.
Suzy Miller is a Leadership Development Specialist, Speaker, Facilitator and Executive Coach. Suzy proudly leads her team to assist leaders worldwide to understand the impact they have on those they lead and the opportunities they have in achieving a dynamic and high performing team.
Throughout her career, Suzy has utilised her passions and skills, translating them into programs and presentations that lift the aspiration and performance of underrepresented groups. She is a champion for Regional women and youth from diverse backgrounds, working to empower them to become the next generation of leaders.
